Fitness Regimen
Briefly describe your current workout regimen
I workout 6 days a week with the 7th being an “active rest” day. Off season I limit my cardio to maybe a couple times per week but right now I am doing 1 1/2 hours of cardio per day split into 3 sessions. Yes, I am currently on prep for my next 2 competitions on June 8th and July 17th. July 17th is Master’s Nationals.
