Kyle Boddie

Kyle Boddie was born and raised outside of northside Chicago, IL in a small city called Zion. Kyle was naturally gifted with sports and played in baseball and football from an early age till graduating Zion Benton Township High School. After HS, he stayed around town at a local community college and working as a server. After 4 years of doing that he decided to join the Air Force.

At the beginning of 2013, Kyle enlisted into the Air Force to become an Aircrew Flight Equipment Technician. He went to Basic Training down at San Antonio, TX then was sent to Wichita Falls, TX for his technical training school. Later, after finishing all of his initial job training, he was sent to Spokane, WA for his first duty base.

In Spokane, Kyle began to get involved in the local community along with learning more of the military lifestyle and ways. Kyle joined an intermural football league where he met a lot of the locals. He was brought to his first bodybuilding competition as a spectator. Though interested in bodybuilding as a sport, at that time Kyle was happy with just participating in his football league. Kyle got injured and tore his ACL after a few football games. Not too long after the ACL tear, he had corrective surgery to get the ACL repaired. Thinking that the surgery would get him back on his feet right away seemed to fade as healing did take longer than expected. After 6 months of recovery, he was still not 100% and his dream to get back to the sport he loved started to fade.
