Hope Castelli

Hope is a personal trainer, posing coach, and NPC Bikini athlete originally from Southern California, currently resides in Nevada. She has been part of many sports and activities over the years, which included gymnastics, dance, acting and modeling, however; nothing thrilled her more than training for bikini competitions.

Hope became a NASM certified Personal Trainer at the age of 18, and followed her calling in the health and fitness industry. After five years of bodybuilding style training, in 2018 & 2019, she competed in the USAPL State Championship Powerlifting meet, and USPA State Championships. She placed first in both competitions with 1RM Squat of 285 pounds, Bench Press of 165 pounds and Deadlift of 281 pounds.

Hope desired to compete in a bikini competition and always trained for that purpose. In August 2019, she competed in her first bikini competition at the Tahoe Show, where she placed 4th! Driven to nationally qualify, she continued her prep for three consecutive competitions that year. Winning two overall titles, she made her way to Miami for the NPC National Championships placing 9th.

Hope’s goal is to achieve her IFBB Pro card and qualify for the Olympia, while sharing her joy and knowledge, and inspiring others. Hope Castelli proved anything and everything is possible when you put your heart, mind and soul into it.
