Gary Miller

Gary Miller is a certified personal trainer an athlete. He was born in South Carolina and now lives in Northern Virginia, a sports and fitness enthusiast. Beginning in middle school Gary played multiple sports including soccer, basketball, football, and wrestling. In high school, Gary attended a military school where he developed a love for lifting weights. Mentored by his Sergeant Major, a Vietnam Veteran, and with fellow cadets, Gary began lifting weights daily. After graduating high school, attended the National Personal Training Institute in McLean, Virginia and became a certified personal trainer. He worked in the supplement industry also.

Gary is a single dad, he wants to teach by example to his 2 years old daughter that effort, dedication and creating healthy habits really can take to you to be the best in whatever it is that you want to do. Just like he learned from his parents who inspired him. He saw his mom staying always training and have seen his Dad’s training instead of a serious illness. He’s been also inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ronnie Coleman, among others.

‘I’m currently on prep, planning to compete in November. My goal is become Pro, be at the biggest stage in the world and why not, win it. Yes, Mr. Olympia. My ultimate goal is to inspire others to do the best they can”, says @garymiller_97

Briefly describe your current workout regimen
I currently lift weights 4 to 6 days a week. I do cardio 3 times a week. I’m prepping for a competition in November

I listen to all kinds of music. I tend to put on Pandora and just Jam. I change songs so much that I don’t really have favorites. Some that I’m listening to at the moment: Hold the Line TotoGodzilla – Eminem Da Rockwilder – Method ManI to run on the treadmill to Night Shift by Commodores
