Christine Foerster

Christine was born in China but raised in Northern Virginia by her adoptive family. She has been physically active and involved in sports since child. “I was that kid who took gym class way too seriously. I played soccer for several years and was a competitive cheerleader through high school. While I dabbled with weight training as a teen, I wasn’t so much drawn to bodybuilding until I went to college. I had a traumatic experience where one of my teachers told me, in front of the rest of the class, that I needed to be in better shape if I wanted to be a frontman of a band. So I found myself learning how to properly strength train and improve my cardiovascular endurance for my new goals of being “fit” rather than just trying to lose weight. Once I started following fitness accounts on social media, I was quickly sucked into the world of bodybuilding competitions”, says Christine.

Christine currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts and works as both a personal trainer and musician at Mastro’s Ocean Club steakhouse. She also coaches long distance clients virtually from all corners of the United States. Christine is an NPC Amateur Bikini athlete and has 3 overall bikini titles in her short career  – the most recent being the Open Bikini Overall Winner of the 2019 NPC New England Championships in Boston, MA. She has only been competing since 2018 but has big aspirations to become an IFBB Professional bikini athlete under the guidance of her coach, IFBB Pro 212 Bodybuilder Jose Raymond.

“Beyond becoming a pro, I have big personal goals to build my in-person and online coaching businesses, including coaching a team of competitors alongside my boyfriend. I don’t like to think too far into the future, but rather focus on the first task ahead of me, but I do have aspirations to win a pro show and be invited to the Arnold Classic stage one day“: @christine_fit_
