Cheryl Conwell is a 35 years old athlete, she was born in Mobile, Alabama and lived in several different states including: Michigan, Tennessee and ultimately Texas. She works as an aircraft mechanic for Lockheed Martin. She has been in the aviation industry since 2004 and currently enjoys the work she does on the F-35 program.
Her first bodybuilding show was the Ronnie Coleman 2019. There she placed fourth in novice. She started competing in bodybuilding in order to take control of her life and also achieve the results she’s always wanted.

I workout 6 days a week. Cardio 7 days a week with a minimum of 45 minutes walking. I’m currently on prep
