Alex started training with a bodybuilding mindset for about 2 years with his first show coming this year 2020. “I have a passion for training and am attending school to further my education in dietary nutrition where I look to coach people to help them live a healthy lifestyle. Never in my life have I done anything more challenging than living this lifestyle (MMA & ex-cop). I love it everyday. From the moment you wake up in the morning until you’re laying down to sleep. It’s 24 hours no breaks”.
