Briefly describe your current workout regimen
My philosophy is to plan to workout everyday. Naturally, things will come up in the week a day or two preventing me from making it to the gym everyday. I usually hit the gym 5-6 days a week, ideally twice a day. One day is usually strictly dedicated towards cardio.
