Cody Green has been fascinated with the world of bodybuilding since the age of 14. Throughout his teenage years, he always succeeded in sports and pursued fashion and fitness modeling. As a result, he started to lift weights and began to gravitate towards the world of bodybuilding. Cody has now been training hard to sculpt and develop his physique for 17 years.
His bodybuilding career began in 2019 with 3 shows: Southwest Muscle Classic 7th place in Open Men’s physique, Border States XLI 4th place in Open Men’s Physique, and Titan Grand Prix 1st place in Open Men’s Physique. He has also become a nationally qualified NPC competitor in his first year! Cody is planning on competing for his NPC Pro Card in July of 2020. While pursuing his fitness dreams, Cody is currently helping to lead the company where he has been employed for the last 10 years, in collaboration with the state of California, to clean up the pollution of the Salton Sea in California’s Coachella Valley.

Briefly describe your current workout regimen
5-6 days of weight training. Cardio 6 days a week. I just nished my 3rd prep for the Titans Grand Prix where I took 1st place in open men’s physique class A. I’m in off season mode now, training for the NPC nationals in July 2020.
