Dr. John Halpern is a practicing psychiatrist physician who spent more than 20 years of his career at McLean Hospital and Harvard Medical School where he was the director of the Laboratory for Integrative Psychiatry, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse at McLean Hospital and also was Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. He completed Psychiatry Residency at Harvard Longwood and a 3-year Fellowship in Drug and Alcohol Abuse Research at McLean’s Alcohol and Drug Abuse Research Center. He received a B.A. from the University of Chicago and M.D. from The State University of New York Science Center at Brooklyn, College of Medicine.

Dr. Lauren Slater is an American psychologist and writer. She is the author of six books, including Welcome To My Country (1996), Prozac Diary (1998), Lying: A Metaphorical Memoir (2000) and Opening Skinner's Box: Great Psychological Experiments of the Twentieth Century (2004) which was nominated for a Los Angeles Times Kirsch award for science and technology writing. She has contributed to The New York Times, Harper's, and Elle. Dr. Slater completed her Masters Degree in Psychology in 1990 while attending Harvard University and was awarded her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Boston University in 1995.

Omar Ventura is a former bodybuilding competitor who now coaches an impressive list of professional athletes who have set foot on the Olympia stage. In addition to managing Team Ventura, this former San Jose State University graduate serves as Vice President of Athletic Talent for Mon Ethos, where he counsels young athletes in the development of their craft. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Omar provides his athletes with the fitness tools and programs they need to modify their lifestyles for greater performance.

Daria Nikolaeva is a graphic designer from Russia who currently residents in Boston, Massachusetts. She was received her Bachelors Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Volga State University in Russia and was awarded her Masters of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Boston University. Daria has managed to apply her creative and design process on a variety of different mediums from editorial to web based platforms, while communicating the conceptual approach, strategy, and reasoning behind her work maintaining it as one of the essentials of my creative process.

Maxwell Robins is a self trained computer programmer specializing in computer learning and Artificial Intelligence. In addition to his work on the Mon Ethos Development Team, Max has developed a computer learning camera application for mobile devices and is an expert in the field of analytics. A classically trained instrumentalist, Maxwell continues to excel in a variety of fields of study, from finance to digital development, and regularly consults with major organizations throughout the North Atlantic region.
