Guests will be greeted by a grand entrance full of embellished features like elaborate woodworking, coffered ceilings, refinished hardwood floors and original light fixtures. At over 2,500 sq ft of living space this gorgeous home has much to offer. From built-in bookcases and hutches, to bay windows and a fireplace, it will be effortless to get comfortable in this home.
The first floor of the home includes a large dining room with a massive table to seat eight and a large built-in bar/hutch that has been fully stocked with glassware for entertaining. This area would also be the perfect location for formal meetings and gatherings. The dedicated living space across the entryway is sizeable and includes a fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, and a hide-away sofa bed. In the kitchen you will find marble slab countertops and island, ample cabinet space fully stocked with dishware, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, large built-in china hutch and a Bertazzoni gas range. Also included on the first floor is a sunroom with a farm sink, bathroom, full-sized GE front-load washer and dryer, and access to the backyard.
Take a walk up the handsome staircase to the second floor where you’ll be welcomed by an antique chest dating back to the 1400’s. On this level, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom includes a California King size bed, walk-in closet, an additional closet with great storage and hanging space, and a full bathroom with soaking tub. Bedroom #2 is also large and equipped with a California King size bed and adequate closet space. Bedroom #3 has two double beds, each with a trundle below, creating enough bedding to comfortably sleep 4+. There is a wall-length window which brings in tons of natural light. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom.
This home also includes a sizeable backyard with a large deck and built-in seating. There is a gas grill for your barbequing needs. Off the backyard is the entrance to the basement where you will find tons of space for storage. Additional home features are an alarm system and smart meters throughout the house.
